Our Approach

Communication Insights provides communication advisory services to business professionals--regardless of seniority, experience or industry. We work with C-level executives, as well as directors, vice presidents, managers or anyone else tackling a communication challenge.

We work with clients on everything from developing a board presentation to structuring a key note to crafting talking points for a media interview. We can help you define and structure the communication function within your organization or advise on the optimal way to use outside agencies. We can work with you to define the overall communication strategy for your company or yourself or assist with the execution of it. We truly strive to be your external communication advisory.

All our advisory services are provided through either one-on-one or small groups meetings. These sessions can be done in-person, over the phone or via the Internet. The format depends upon the nature of the project. This work is conducted exclusively by our senior staff all of whom are veterans in the communication industry.
